The 2012 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World Championship BBQ is February 23-25. Just as the rodeo competitors hone their riding skills and shine their belt buckles, we have been polishing our culinary tools, organizing the biggest party of the year and preparing to heat up our own winning run at glory!
The World Championship Bar-B-Que Contest is three days of cooking, competition, eating and dancing. We can be found on the street Chisholm Trail at Booth #A403. Team Map
